Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Communication Services products.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Ericsson Communication Services solutions.
- Prepare and execute system, module, and acceptance tests.
- Translate customer needs and technology opportunities into technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
- Collaborate with business partners to improve delivery processes.
- Resolve technical product delivery issues with the team.
- Maintain and update solution documentation.
- Provide feedback to R&D on portfolio enhancements and support knowledge transfer and customer competence building.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering and implementing cloud infrastructure or software virtualization.
- Knowledge of the CS Core portfolio, including MSC-S, MGW, and CTC.
- Knowledge of the IMS portfolio, including MTAS, CSCF, SBC, MRF, DNS, and ENUM.
- Knowledge of Cloud/NFVI technology.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, organizing, adaptability, and business skills.
- Additional programming skills are a plus.
