Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with digital teams, service designers, and business analysts.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and platform customizations.
- Own code quality, performance, development standards, technical documentation, and governance.
- Establish technical roadmaps and guide teams on implementation and solution architecture.
- Coordinate technical activities with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Lead complex development projects, identify technical risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and facilitate technical workshops.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership and enablement.
- Evaluate emerging ServiceNow capabilities and recommend technology and process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Proven experience implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM, SPM, and HRSD capabilities.
- Background in service management and technical solution delivery in global, cross-functional environments.
- Advanced ServiceNow development, administration, configuration, workflow, and integration skills.
- Advanced experience with JavaScript, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Intermediate experience with Employee Self Service, Service Portal, Service Portal widgets, and knowledge management.
- Experience with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript for Service Portal development.
- Knowledge of data privacy principles, security best practices, data modeling, and database design.
- Working knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Continuous Improvement frameworks.
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, business partnering, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent English; ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
