Responsibilities
- Design, support, improve, and test moderate- to high-complexity ATP and ESS aerospace test systems.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate test and software project phases from start to finish.
- Define, review, and estimate test-system requirements, test strategies, and test-software needs.
- Lead advanced software engineering and test-system development projects while ensuring quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
- Establish and maintain software development standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex software and test-system issues and implement technical solutions.
- Support FAT, SAT, deployment, and transfer of technical ownership for ATP and ESS systems.
- Analyze test data, monitor station performance, and support MSA, Gage R&R, Cp/Cpk, Pp/Ppk, and yield analysis.
- Modernize legacy test platforms through automation and standardization.
- Train, mentor, and support technicians, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
- More than 4 years of proven experience in a relevant industry.
- Expert knowledge of LabVIEW.
- Solid knowledge of NI TestStand and Python.
- Understanding of aerospace quality systems and production requirements.
- Understanding of software configuration management, release control, and deployment processes.
- Experience with test databases and manufacturing systems.
- Knowledge of the phases and processes required to introduce new products into production.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Polish.
- Experience with NI VeriStand and Custom Device development is advantageous.
- Experience coordinating FAT and SAT activities is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the NI LabVIEW Actor Framework and Python Flask Framework is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira, Bitbucket, and Bamboo, is advantageous.
- Experience with aerospace communication protocols including MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC-429 is advantageous.
