Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of language model architectures.
- Design and tune neural network parameters for natural language processing tasks.
- Train models using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Optimize model performance and scalability across computational environments.
- Provide cross-team technical solutions, advisory input, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to integrate language models into broader systems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in language model design.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model performance and scalability across computational environments.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model architectures and research advancements.
- Strong influencing, advisory, collaboration, and cross-functional communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
