Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, hands-on implementation, and deployment of scalable agentic AI and generative AI solutions for banking use cases.
- Architect agent-based systems covering perception, reasoning, planning, and execution while integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google LLM platforms.
- Build production-grade full-stack AI applications, robust APIs, AI-focused data pipelines, and lifecycle-management systems.
- Define evaluation frameworks and performance metrics for AI and agent systems and drive ongoing optimization through experimentation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, guide architectural decisions, and promote an AI-first engineering culture.
- Mentor engineers across AI, data, and application teams and lead high-impact technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Align AI solutions with banking-domain needs, measurable business outcomes, and risk reduction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with sustained hands-on contributions.
- At least 3 years of dedicated experience in AI, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or Java with Spring Boot, plus solid JavaScript/TypeScript experience with Angular and Node.js.
- Deep knowledge of AI fundamentals including knowledge representation, automated planning, decision-making under uncertainty, and multi-agent systems.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, RAG pipelines, MCPs, Google ADK, and agent frameworks.
- Experience using Devin, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Antigravity AI coding tools.
- Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, data science libraries, scalable APIs, system design, testing, resiliency, security, and operational stability.
- Experience designing API-first, microservices-based, event-driven systems and AI-focused data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of banking and regulated financial environments, with excellent technical communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Advanced data science expertise, mentoring experience, and experience architecting multiple enterprise-scale AI solutions in production are preferred.
