Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and support of projects for Atlas Search scalability.
- Collaborate with a team focused on sound technical decision-making.
- Lead projects and take ownership of subsystems.
- Help determine the team's roadmap and system architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building, testing, and maintaining backend software.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud services.
- Proficiency in at least one modern statically typed programming language, preferably Java.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn from challenges.
- Strong sense of ownership over work from design to production.
