Responsibilities
- Develop tools to support migrations of accounts from legacy systems to Kaluza systems.
- Analyze customer data to understand user behavior and product performance.
- Identify trends and optimal strategies for smooth customer transitions.
- Collaborate with product teams to build and maintain high-performance data pipelines.
- Build trust with customers by addressing their needs and concerns.
Requirements
- Solid experience developing backend applications, ideally in TypeScript.
- Background in a data engineering environment with OLAP tools or API Management tools.
- Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and maintenance (SQL or NoSQL).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Bilingual in French and English.
