Base Salary
$72k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence for retail and pharmacy platforms.
- Improve observability and automate incident response across distributed systems.
- Reduce operational noise and support data-driven operational decision-making using AIOps and AI-powered tools.
- Build or integrate AI-driven runbooks, bots, intelligent alerting systems, and self-healing architectures.
- Use monitoring, performance analytics, and real user monitoring insights to improve system operations.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or platform engineering roles.
- Experience with edge or distributed software architecture.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or a similar programming language.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and distributed systems.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Application Insights, or OpenTelemetry.
- Understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with AIOps platforms, AI/ML concepts for operations, AI coding tools, AI-driven automation, real user monitoring, incident management, self-healing architectures, and data-driven operational analysis.
