Base Salary
$72k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across retail and pharmacy platforms.
- Improve observability and automate incident response using AIOps practices and AI-powered tools.
- Reduce operational noise and enable data-driven decision-making across distributed systems.
- Build or integrate AI-driven automation such as runbooks, bots, and intelligent alerting systems.
- Support AIOps-driven incident management, real-user monitoring, performance analytics, and self-healing architectures.
Requirements
- Strong experience in software engineering, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Experience with edge/distributed software architecture and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or a similar programming language.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, AppInsights, or OpenTelemetry.
- Understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation practices.
- Preferred experience with AIOps platforms, AI/ML concepts for operations, AI coding tools, AI-driven automation, real-user monitoring, and self-healing architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
