Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, App Connect Enterprise, and related technologies.
- Lead the architecture and development of REST APIs, SOAP services, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
- Build Java and Spring Boot applications and microservices for scalable and resilient business capabilities.
- Develop API-led connectivity frameworks, reusable integration patterns, standards, frameworks, and accelerators.
- Design and deploy cloud-native and containerized integrations using AWS and Docker.
- Provide technical leadership for Oracle PL/SQL development, database optimization, and application performance tuning.
- Drive CI/CD, automated testing, continuous monitoring, production support, release planning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Lead and mentor distributed onshore and offshore development teams and provide delivery oversight.
- Partner with stakeholders, architects, and analysts to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture assessments and evaluate modernization strategies.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development, integration architecture, and API-led solution delivery.
- Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, IBM Integration Bus, App Connect Enterprise, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, API-led connectivity, SOA, and event-driven architecture.
- Advanced Oracle PL/SQL experience, including database design, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience developing and deploying cloud applications and integrations in AWS and Docker-based containerized environments.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated success leading distributed teams and delivering large-scale enterprise integration initiatives.
- Experience supporting production systems, release management, and enterprise application lifecycle management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer, MuleSoft Platform Architect or Integration Architect certifications, IBM WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere ESB experience, Angular exposure, and experience with regulated enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of API management, event streaming, messaging platforms, integration security frameworks, enterprise modernization, and cloud transformation.
