Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery workshops and translate business challenges into scalable digital products.
- Define product vision, roadmaps, target architecture, and implementation strategy.
- Design enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Architect multi-agent systems, RAG solutions, workflow orchestration, AI governance, and enterprise integrations.
- Bridge business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering organizations.
- Provide architecture governance, technical leadership, and mentoring across engagements.
- Support proposals, RFPs, executive presentations, pre-sales, solutioning, and business development initiatives.
- Drive reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices across the consulting practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
- Experience leading AI-enabled product development and enterprise modernization programs.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience with C-suite and business stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise solution architecture, cloud architecture, product management or ownership, business process analysis, and design thinking.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, executive communication, and ability to influence stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Cloud and AI certifications from Google, Microsoft, or Anthropic are advantageous.
