Responsibilities
- Support designated department management and staff with assigned software engineering and departmental tasks.
- Assist with projects, reports, operational and administrative functions, and clerical duties.
- Build an understanding of the businesses and customers supported by the role.
- Support or partner with multiple business functions, areas, and departments.
- Answer and direct incoming internal and external calls when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college program and pursuing a degree in computer science or a related field.
- May 2028 graduation date preferred.
- No work experience required.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and/or Jira preferred.
- Interest in AI and machine learning preferred.
- GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
- Strong computer, interpersonal, written, oral communication, leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
