Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact product demonstrations for mid-market clients.
- Partner with customers to configure environments and guide them through technical aspects.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customers' cloud ecosystems to advocate for observability.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify new business opportunities.
- Relay customer feedback to Engineering and Product teams.
Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales engagements or a background in SRE/Engineering.
- Deep technical knowledge of modern tech stacks, including Cloud, Containers, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
- A continuous learner with a desire to stay at the forefront of observability.
