Responsibilities
- Own the design and continuous improvement of packaged and SaaS solutions.
- Manage configuration, system integrations, and release activities.
- Set platform standards supporting stability, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Manage API lifecycle activities including design, deployment, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and minimize downtime.
- Perform performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, mentor junior team members, and manage the team’s work.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with the Axway API Management Platform.
- Proficiency in the Axway API Management Platform.
- Strong knowledge of API lifecycle management, including design, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and SaaS deployment models.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues.
- Skill in performance tuning and capacity planning.
- 15 years of full-time education.
