Responsibilities
- Design, build, and review code for the fraud and abuse backend platform.
- Iterate on features using Scala and GCP technologies.
- Ship your first code within days and iterate in an agile manner.
- Operate autonomously while ensuring alignment with engineers and PMs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams and other departments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building scalable backend systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and architectural performance.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and handle ambiguity.
- Experience in cross-functional teams with Product Managers and Data Scientists.
- Prior experience in the payments and fraud space is a plus.
