Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise-scale NAVWAR technology programs spanning systems engineering, product development, cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, data modernization, and test and evaluation.
- Translate operational requirements into technical strategies, architectures, roadmaps, and executable programs.
- Provide technical and programmatic leadership across cross-functional engineering, product, data, cloud, and operational teams.
- Support product vision, drive multi-year technical roadmaps, manage complex system integrations, and deliver secure, scalable capabilities.
- Lead system-of-systems engineering, enterprise architecture, legacy-system modernization, and integration with modern data and technology platforms.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and operational stakeholders in highly regulated, secure, or classified environments.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in systems engineering, technical program management, product management, or software engineering.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale or defense technology programs involving complex systems and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with system-of-systems engineering, enterprise architecture, technical product strategies, and multi-year product roadmaps.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering, product, data, and technology teams in secure or classified environments.
- Secret clearance is required; TS/SCI clearance is a preferred qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering is required.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with data-centric and data-mesh architectures, Azure, AWS GovCloud, classified data platforms, predictive analytics, readiness analytics, predictive maintenance, legacy modernization, enterprise integration, MBSE, AI/ML, cloud computing, and Agile transformation.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering and strong technical communication, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
