Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users and application developers of a managed edge Kubernetes solution.
- Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment, and performance issues.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Log, monitor, resolve, and report incidents while augmenting the knowledge base.
- Maintain cloud-native infrastructure, platform services, and observability systems.
- Maintain monitoring, logging, tracing, and distributed observability solutions.
- Maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code and GitOps workflows using FluxCD, Helm, and Kubernetes.
- Develop automation scripts and internal tools to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams on scalable cloud-native solutions.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex, scalable, and resilient cloud-native environments.
- High proficiency in English.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, container orchestration, Docker, and container technologies.
- Experience with AWS or AliCloud, including compute, networking, and security configurations such as VPCs and security groups.
- Experience with Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, FluxCD, CI/CD automation, and platform engineering.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Thanos, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
