Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and scale full-stack software applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, React, and related technologies.
- Build reliable product systems integrating large language models, AI agents, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, memory systems, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Develop and optimize database solutions across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other database technologies.
- Implement APIs and third-party integrations while ensuring application performance, security, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and follow software development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, product teams, and UX/UI designers to define and ship features.
- Mentor junior developers and take ownership of complex application and system architectures.
- Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
- Expertise with React.js and experience with TypeScript, Redux, and Next.js; Next.js is listed as a plus.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and production-grade applications with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and model tuning.
- Experience with GPTs, Llama, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Experience with SQL Server, MS-SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, including xUnit, Jest, and Mog.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSocket, SignalR, Blazor, Angular, Terraform, Bicep, RabbitMQ, SQS, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
- Experience with product-based companies and scaling high-quality products.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, independence, and ownership skills.
