Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in COBOL.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integrating legacy systems with modern software solutions.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
