Responsibilities
- Prototype and develop scalable and reliable software solutions.
- Architect performant, secure, and maintainable web applications.
- Build intuitive, accessible interfaces with strong UX and support for server-side rendering.
- Integrate APIs using OpenAPI or GraphQL specifications to create typesafe frontend applications.
- Apply automated testing, test-driven development, documentation, monitoring, and dependency/version management.
- Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and take the lead when needed.
- Integrate AI tools such as Claude and Cursor into coding, code review, and development workflows.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and debug using logs, stack traces, and error messages.
Requirements
- Proficiency in modern frontend development with HTML, CSS, and component-based frameworks such as Angular.
- Strong understanding of web fundamentals, progressive enhancement, graceful degradation, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG guidelines, secure application development, and the OWASP Top 10.
- Experience with Git, unit testing, code quality practices, documentation, CI/CD, monitoring, and dependency/version management.
- Familiarity with backend fundamentals, SQL and NoSQL databases, OAuth, JWT tokens, and common API practices.
- Experience with Docker and interest in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English communication and a collaborative, proactive, curious, quality-focused approach.
- Ability to use AI tools critically and effectively in day-to-day development.
