Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and evaluate application software packages across multiple business areas.
- Design, code, configure, implement, and support integrated business applications and interfaces.
- Prepare system designs, impact documentation, test plans, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate change control and production verification processes.
- Perform regression, integration, and string testing and certify test results.
- Identify and address integration issues while maintaining version control of deliverables.
- Ensure applications comply with architectural standards, corporate standards, and established methodologies.
- Collaborate with IT departments and business stakeholders to support successful implementation and project efforts.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS required.
- Ability to analyze requirements, devise solutions, and work with application systems and technology.
- Ability to communicate clearly, conduct formal presentations, and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and request clarification when needed.
- Basic clerical, data entry, and mathematical skills, along with intermediate proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly and uphold social, ethical, and organizational standards.
