Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement real-time sensor software components in C/C++.
- Integrate signal-processing algorithms into open architecture software frameworks.
- Develop and execute integration, system-level validation, and automated tests.
- Debug real-time, multi-threaded, and distributed software systems.
- Translate algorithm specifications into software implementations with senior engineers.
- Perform hands-on lab work with signal-processing hardware and test equipment.
- Document software designs, test procedures, results, and technical reports.
- Support system demonstrations and field testing, including approximately 20% travel.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with algorithm developers, systems engineers, and integration staff.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required for the government clearance requirement.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with BS plus 5 years, MS plus 3 years, or PhD plus 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ and experience with Git and Linux.
- Experience with software development, including internships and academic projects.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred qualifications include an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance, Python or MATLAB proficiency, hands-on hardware testing, signal-processing coursework or experience, real-time or embedded software development, multithreaded programming, synchronization, and open architecture principles.
