Responsibilities
- Build an agent development experience that enables autonomous code building, deployment, testing, and verification.
- Build a self-hosted software builder as a secure GitHub Actions Runner alternative that meets compliance requirements.
- Adopt and operate a secure infrastructure provisioning solution.
- Own the software delivery lifecycle, including build, CI/CD, and provisioning systems.
Requirements
- Deep experience with CI/CD and build systems including GitHub Actions, Harness, and Spacelift.
- Strong infrastructure-as-code skills with Terraform.
- Comfort working with Claude Code and Codex in an agent-forward environment.
- 2–4 years of experience at an AI startup and 2–4 years at a successful high-growth technology company.
Benefits
