Base Salary
$157k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services and automation frameworks for data governance.
- Partner with AI/ML, Risk, and Privacy teams to operationalize governance in AI systems.
- Enable governance for offline analytical systems and new data infrastructure workflows.
- Build internal tools that enhance enterprise data governance and auditability.
- Own end-to-end delivery of governance solutions from design to production deployment.
Requirements
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Python or Go.
- Experience with server-side frameworks such as Django or GoLang.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud-native development.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Curiosity and drive to navigate complex systems and regulatory requirements.
