Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI Accelerator Agent software for accelerator configuration, monitoring, health, state management, fault detection, recovery, and lifecycle management.
- Build scalable, high-throughput, low-latency communication between control-plane services, host agents, and accelerator devices.
- Enable accelerator software across FPGA, emulation, simulation, virtual-platform, and post-silicon hardware environments.
- Develop device-enablement software integrating operating systems, drivers, firmware, and accelerator hardware.
- Build node provisioning, diagnostics, telemetry, and hardware lifecycle-management infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cloud, networking, driver, firmware, hardware, and infrastructure teams on end-to-end solutions.
- Apply AI-assisted engineering workflows to architecture, development, debugging, testing, performance analysis, and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, C#, Rust, Go, or similar systems programming languages.
- Experience developing systems software, distributed systems, or device-enablement software.
- Strong knowledge of computer networking, network protocols, distributed communication, throughput, and latency optimization.
- Experience enabling software across hardware development or validation environments, including pre-silicon or post-silicon platforms.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, asynchronous programming, reliability, state management, and failure recovery.
- Strong system-level debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows to improve development velocity, debugging, testing, and engineering quality.
- Preferred experience includes host or device agents, AI accelerator or GPU infrastructure, FPGA or hardware emulation, compute-node provisioning, high-performance networking, Linux, device drivers, firmware interfaces, PCIe, SR-IOV, PF/VF, device virtualization, telemetry, profiling, tracing, and performance diagnostics.
