Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Coupang Pay product applications.
- Participate in and lead system design discussions with senior and junior developers.
- Lead engineers on mission-critical projects and rapidly solve complex business problems.
- Mentor senior and junior developers and support their growth.
- Apply strong programming expertise to develop innovative consumer mobile products.
Requirements
- At least six years of Android coding and development experience using Java or Kotlin.
- Experience developing high-quality, large-scale consumer applications.
- A demonstrated track record of delivering mission-critical systems.
- Experience in a B2C business domain.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Payment-domain experience is preferred.
- Cross-platform mobile development experience with Flutter is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-changing environment is preferred.
- Strong passion for implementing products is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile software methodologies is preferred.
