Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform and SQL database.
Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve, update, and analyze data.
Perform root cause analysis to identify and prevent future issues.
Support data integration between Salesforce and SQL Server using APIs or ETL tools.
Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and knowledge sharing.

In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including standard and custom objects.
Proficient in Java SDK and integration with APIs (REST).
Ability to debug Apex code and write SOQL queries.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries using T-SQL.
Solid understanding of database design and data integrity.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude and ability to collaborate with teams.
