Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-performance and secure applications.
- Build a new version of the platform using Golang.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Support teams.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on coding standards and quality.
- Optimize application performance and scalability and address technical debt.
- Participate in Agile planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other development activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain system stability and reliability.
- Propose improvements based on emerging technologies and contribute to knowledge sharing and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of software-development experience with Golang.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Payments, financial services, banking, or FinTech experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment and pursue continuous learning.
