Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development practices and standards.
- Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Optimize algorithmic and software-design computational efficiency.
- Work directly with clients on new features and future product releases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Build and deploy scalable AI solutions across industries and client engagements.
- Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in a software development environment.
- Previous consulting experience and/or strong leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience with software development and global, remote agile squads.
- Proficiency with analytic programming, ideally Python, C++, or Scala.
- Familiarity with relational, non-relational, and streaming data structures.
- Understanding of parallel computing.
- Experience with Large Language Models and AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Strong English communication skills; fluency in Thai is preferred.
- Ability to travel based on client and business needs.
