Responsibilities
- Guide French enterprise customers through technical evaluation, proof of value, procurement, adoption, and deployment of Claude.
- Lead the technical side of enterprise opportunities and remain the customer’s technical advisor throughout deployment.
- Define target architectures and success criteria with customers and systems integration partners.
- Advise customer engineering teams on Claude architecture, agent design, evaluation, security, compliance, data residency, and governance.
- Build and present Claude business-value cases to C-level and senior executives in French and English.
- Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions for leadership and engineering audiences.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives, Applied AI Architects, Product, Engineering, and internal enterprise-specialist teams.
- Identify engagement patterns and communicate customer insights to Product, Engineering, and the broader Applied AI team.
- Travel to customer sites across France for executive meetings, workshops, and relationship building.
Requirements
- Native or fluent written and spoken French is required.
- More than six years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder.
- Experience in enterprise pre-sales or technical advisory work, including scoping and designing complex solutions.
- Experience with value-based selling, business-case development, impact quantification, and executive presentations.
- Experience working with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Experience owning technical enterprise deals involving evaluations, proofs of concept, and technical due diligence.
- Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production applications.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical and executive audiences across multiple industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Benefits
- Annual compensation range of €220,000–€235,000 EUR; for sales roles, the stated range is OTE including target commissions or bonuses and annual base salary.
- Hybrid policy currently requires staff to work from an Anthropic office at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office time.
