Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-step agents.
- Build and maintain retrieval components using vector databases and semantic search.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM solution accuracy and reliability.
- Support solution feasibility and implementation discussions with internal stakeholders, escalating complex decisions to senior engineers.
- Integrate GenAI components with enterprise systems through APIs, webhooks, and cloud services.
- Assist with modernizing RPA and automation assets using AI-driven decisioning features.
- Develop and document solution designs, test and evaluation reports, and deployment notes.
- Support CI/CD and monitoring practices for AI applications.
- Identify and flag risks involving model performance, data quality, and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
- 0–3 years of professional software development experience; internships and academic or personal GenAI/LLM projects are a strong plus.
- Foundational understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Working knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic CI/CD concepts.
- Exposure to RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn IT delivery methodologies including Agile, Lean, and ITIL.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, collaboration, adaptability, and learning skills.
