Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and test scripts for cloud-based applications.
- Create test plans and strategies for cloud infrastructure, services, complex data, and applications across multiple environments.
- Develop and execute requirement validation, integration, regression, API, performance, usability, load, scalability, and end-to-end testing.
- Create reusable test data and test artifacts in varied file and data formats.
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify defects, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot complex data and application issues, collaborate on fixes, and perform defect remediation.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, architects, operations, and data scientists across multiple projects.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, peer test-script reviews, planning, estimation, and status tracking.
- Enhance testing processes and cloud-native test capabilities.
- Provide technical thought leadership and mentor quality assurance peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a major or specialized coursework in Information Technology, or commensurate experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience writing and analyzing complex data queries and automation scripts for testing relational SQL databases, especially Redshift.
- Proficiency with Java, Selenium, Python, Jupyter Lab, Jira, and Xray.
- Experience independently creating large sets of test data in various file and data formats.
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, SageMaker, Config, Security Hub, and Inspector.
- Proficiency with performance and API testing tools such as Postman and Gatling.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Knowledge of security testing methodologies for cloud environments is preferred.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
