Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly available and scalable Azure infrastructure and applications.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows for deployment, configuration, and monitoring using PowerShell, Bash, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Assist with developing and maintaining deployment pipelines.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources for scalability and reliability.
- Participate in infrastructure and application incident resolution, production support, and on-call rotations.
- Stay current with DevOps and cloud-computing technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using documentation and collaboration tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 0–2 years of related work experience.
- Exposure to software engineering practices and an interest in DevOps.
- Familiarity with Azure, PowerShell, and SQL Server.
- Awareness of Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, New Relic, Azure Monitor, Site24x7, GitHub, Redis, and GCP services.
- Strong problem-solving, attention-to-detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Miro, and SharePoint.
- Relevant certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, Azure Developer Associate, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer are preferred.
- Exposure to microservices architectures and cloud-security best practices is preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to work additional or irregular hours and comply with security policies.
