Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to scope ambiguous business questions and deliver solutions from discovery through production.
- Build end-to-end data, orchestration, and user interface capabilities for product intelligence.
- Maintain high engineering standards so stakeholders can rely on system outputs for roadmap decisions.
- Convert bespoke analyses into durable platform capabilities that expand self-service intelligence.
- Identify data gaps and collaborate with data owners to strengthen the data foundation.
- Communicate technical judgments and system readiness to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Python experience designing, building, and operating production software.
- Experience with HTTP APIs, relational schema design and migrations, containerized cloud deployments, version control, CI/CD, testing, and frontend development.
- Advanced SQL proficiency with large analytical datasets such as Snowflake.
- Business judgment to evaluate data integrity and determine which strategic questions data can answer accurately.
- Proven experience shipping LLM-backed or agentic systems to real users, including rigorous evaluation practices.
- Ability to define tractable engineering problems and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
