Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage DDoS mitigation policies using third-party services for IDC environments and web/API services.
- Differentiate between false positives and negatives in WAF, improve detection areas, and manage policy deployment.
- Detect and block bots, distinguish false positives, and enhance detection areas while managing policy deployment.
- Develop and document SOPs, and implement flow automation.
- Analyze SIEM logs and access logs, generating reports and statistics.
- Collaborate with relevant departments for incident response and process improvement.
- Create use cases and playbooks for monitoring.
Requirements
- Possess excellent log analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to persuade and build consensus based on data and insights.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, and JavaScript.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understand Route53, DNS, GSLB, and have experience with web security CDN services.
- Have over five years of practical experience in web security.
