Responsibilities
- Use AI development tools to read, analyze, refactor, and generate clean, secure, and testable code.
- Review AI-generated and peer code for logic flaws, security vulnerabilities, memory issues, performance, scalability, and design quality.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, product, SRE, security, support, and global cross-functional teams.
- Assist with technical product implementations for new and existing clients and help resolve technical requests.
- Identify, design, and build product enhancements that improve client workflows and application responsiveness.
- Participate in continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle and deliver reliable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, system architecture, and relational database design.
- Experience or comfort using LLMs and AI coding assistants such as Claude Code.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for logic, security, memory management, and scalability issues.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience in FinTech, EdTech, education, or payments is a bonus.
