Base Salary
$155k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical projects from ideation and design through production and deployment.
- Design, architect, and build highly-performant and reliable technical features and tools.
- Drive the technical vision and influence product strategy.
- Monitor and maintain product performance in a high user volume environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in team scaling.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Core competency in Python, Javascript/Typescript, Node.js, and React Native.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, PMs, designers, and other engineers.
- Outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on business context.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative to own outcomes.
