Responsibilities
- Work independently as an expert in SAP technical workstreams for implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support projects.
- Create high-level and detailed designs and develop technical and integration solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand business needs, processes, and integration requirements.
- Lead technical and technology workshops and translate client requirements into technical solutions.
- Write technical specifications and test plans for development teams.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Manage projects and timelines, provide delivery support, and handle escalations.
- Drive innovation and transformation initiatives in large existing accounts.
- Provide functional leadership through delegation and coordination of work assignments.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in SAP, ABAP, and HANA.
- Ability to design, develop, and support technical and integration solutions.
- Ability to work with clients, lead technical discussions, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to provide functional leadership, manage change, and adapt across projects.
