Responsibilities
- Embed with customers to understand their businesses and identify where AI can create meaningful value.
- Turn ambiguous business problems into product direction and technical plans.
- Choose architectures and make build-versus-buy decisions.
- Build and ship complete production systems rather than isolated components.
- Own workstreams, technical decisions, client-facing communication, scope, and delivery outcomes.
- Measure production performance and continuously improve systems after launch.
- Structure work for coding agents, engineer durable context, evaluate outputs, and determine where deterministic software and human judgment remain necessary.
- Create reusable agent systems, evaluations, and tools that compound across engagements.
Requirements
- Shipped production software that real users depended on and remained accountable for after launch.
- Built something real with LLMs and can explain how it was made reliable.
- Can become useful in an unfamiliar domain within days.
- Can explain technical decisions clearly to CEOs and engineers.
- Already works with coding agents and has informed opinions about their appropriate use.
- Must be comfortable with an intense, fast-paced environment and direct customer engagement.
