Responsibilities
- Perform specialized work requiring knowledge of fundamental themes, principles, and concepts.
- Lead cooperative efforts among project team members and frequently lead sub-functional teams or projects.
- Work independently, using judgment to select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for complex problems.
- Provide advice and direction within the primary area of expertise.
- Train and mentor junior team members and serve as a best-practice resource.
- Network with contacts outside the immediate area of expertise and contribute professional expertise to strategy and business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Functional knowledge and experience applying existing methodologies to solve complex problems or execute specialized projects.
- Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
- Ability to determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
