Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise automation, AI, and agent-based solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies.
- Build and maintain applications, workflows, copilots, AI agents, dashboards, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and connected enterprise systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Administer and support automation and AI environments, including governance, security, licensing, monitoring, consumption, and adoption.
- Provide Tier 3 subject matter expertise, advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, architecture, and technology teams to meet enterprise standards and responsible AI practices.
- Develop technical documentation, standards, and best practices, and support user enablement and training.
- Evaluate emerging AI, Copilot, and automation capabilities and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and business value.
- Contribute to incident response, capacity planning, outage resolution, proactive maintenance, and automated service testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, large language models, and AI agents.
- Experience developing applications, workflows, copilots, agents, and integrations using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, APIs, and connectors.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, grounding, agent design, responsible AI, governance, security, compliance, and environment administration.
- Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise solutions in a Tier 3 support environment.
- Experience with data sources including SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint List architecture, delegation, indexing, and integration best practices.
- Experience evaluating platform consumption, licensing, cost, scalability, and business value.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Preferred experience with Claude, Cowork, Power Apps or Power Automate, custom connectors, data modeling, enterprise integrations, AI solution architecture, agent orchestration, RAG patterns, model evaluation, and AI lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, Python, or other scripting and development languages is preferred.
- Familiarity with Entra ID, identity management, and modern software delivery practices is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or related technologies are a plus.
