Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise automation, AI, and agent-based solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain applications, workflows, copilots, AI agents, dashboards, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and connected enterprise systems.
- Administer and support automation and AI environments, including governance, security, licensing, monitoring, consumption, and adoption.
- Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting, incident resolution, technical guidance, documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, architecture, and technology teams to ensure responsible AI and enterprise-standard alignment.
- Evaluate emerging AI and automation capabilities, support user enablement and training, and recommend innovative solutions.
- Contribute to incident response, capacity planning, proactive maintenance, and automated service testing for patching and upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least four years of experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise AI solutions with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, LLM technologies, and AI agents.
- Experience developing applications, workflows, copilots, agents, and integrations using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, APIs, and connectors.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, grounding, agent design, responsible AI, governance, security, compliance, and environment administration.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting complex enterprise solutions in a Tier 3 support environment.
- Experience with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint List architecture, delegation, indexing, and integration best practices.
- Experience evaluating platform consumption, licensing, scalability, cost, and business value, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in Agile delivery environments.
- Preferred experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, AI agents, copilots, prompts, grounding, connectors, actions, custom connectors, APIs, data modeling, and enterprise integrations.
- Preferred proficiency with PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, Python, or other scripting and development languages.
- Familiarity with AI solution architecture, agent orchestration, RAG patterns, model evaluation, AI lifecycle management, Entra ID, identity management, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or related technologies are a plus.
