Responsibilities
- Own complex problem statements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Design and build LLM-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and multi-agent workflows.
- Implement Generative AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and n8n.
- Build prompt templates, chains, agents, tools, and reusable AI workflows.
- Integrate vector databases for semantic search, contextual retrieval, RAG, and memory.
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, and production integrations for AI models.
- Monitor and evaluate model and workflow performance while optimizing inference cost, latency, reliability, and efficiency.
- Ensure AI solutions are explainable, accurate, compliant, secure, and aligned with finance policies.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Business, Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams on end-to-end AI solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.
- Mentor the team on emerging technologies and best practices for Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Copilot Studio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of software development experience with hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience designing and building LLM-powered applications involving prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, and fine-tuning pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, n8n, or ReAct-style agents.
- Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems for production applications.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol, including building or integrating MCP tools, servers, or capabilities.
- Understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and containerized application development.
- Working knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- Experience in online advertising, large-scale data systems, Big Data analytics, data-powered AI products, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
