Responsibilities

Architect and build complex workflows that automate repetitive tasks across enterprise applications.
Create intelligent routing and auto-remediation systems to proactively solve issues.
Implement AI-powered workflows for access reviews, compliance checks, and intelligent alerting.
Deploy self-service portals to empower employees to solve problems independently.
Collaborate with Security and GRC teams to integrate compliance automations.
Orchestrate identity lifecycles using Okta workflows and SCIM provisioning.
Troubleshoot and refine integration points to ensure system resilience.

3+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise IT systems with a focus on automation.
Advanced Python development skills with the ability to write maintainable, production-grade code.
Expertise in IdP administration, lifecycle automation, and complex workflow orchestration.
Familiarity with MDM platforms and commitment to zero-touch deployment strategies.
Technical proficiency with APIs and webhooks for integrating SaaS platforms.
Background in AI-driven automation, including experience with LLM APIs.
Experience with compliance or security operations and an infrastructure-as-code mindset.
Strong collaborative abilities to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience managing Google Workspace at scale is preferred.
A strong background in DevOps or security operations is a bonus.
