Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, well-tested software solutions on time and on budget.
- Develop and maintain bespoke, highly complex software capabilities across varied platforms and technology stacks.
- Work closely with customers to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Influence customers and internal stakeholders at project level.
- Provide technical coaching and mentoring to improve team knowledge and capability.
- Take personal responsibility, autonomy, and ownership for a broad range of complex technical work.
Requirements
- Experience delivering software engineering projects.
- Software development experience using at least one of Python, C++, Objective-C, Java, C#, or C.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of technical delivery.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.
- Willingness to work from BT office locations with occasional travel to customer sites.
- Desirable experience with JavaScript, the MEAN stack, Jenkins, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, AWS, and agile project methods.
