Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Build and integrate frontend and backend components for full-stack enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, high-performing solutions using engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience is stated for the project role, with additional information requiring a minimum of 4 years in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development life cycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java, Spring Boot, .NET, C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
