Base Salary
$167k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of user-facing features that enhance loan application experiences.
- Iterate on the unified rate page by expanding product coverage and improving performance.
- Contribute to backend consolidation of pricing logic for better maintainability.
- Define and build a platformized funding form for multiple products.
- Enhance system performance, reliability, and on-call health for owned features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience delivering end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
- Strong frontend development experience with a focus on performance and usability.
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-month initiatives from design to launch.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with Product and Design teams.
