Responsibilities
- Design, implement, train, and evaluate machine learning models for root-cause analysis, anomaly detection, and event correlation.
- Develop Graph Neural Network and network-topology-aware model components.
- Integrate GenAI and LLM components to support explanations of model results.
- Create evaluation datasets, metrics, and pipelines to validate model performance and quality.
- Collaborate with network experts to validate model accuracy and identify failure cases.
- Prepare and package models for deployment and serving through MLOps processes.
- Work with engineering, domain-expert, and validation teams to ensure models are accurate, explainable, and production-ready.
Requirements
- Experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
- Knowledge of anomaly detection, event correlation, and/or Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience with Python and common machine learning frameworks.
- Knowledge of deep learning.
- Experience or knowledge of Graph Neural Networks and graph-based models.
- Knowledge of GenAI and LLMs.
- Experience with MLOps processes, model deployment, and model serving.
- Ability to work with technical teams and business or domain experts.
- High English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
- Telecommunications or Network Intelligence project experience is valued.
- Knowledge of network topologies and architectures is valued.
- Experience with network, event, or alarm data is valued.
- Experience with model explainability systems and data architectures or model-evaluation pipelines is valued.
