Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Engineer scalable cloud-based solutions for the Research Platform Team and Investments business partners.
- Modernize processing workflows using APIs and cloud technologies.
- Design, develop, modify, adapt, and implement solutions across applications, systems, databases, and application infrastructure.
- Review system requirements and business processes, and code, test, debug, and contribute throughout the software development life cycle.
- Design, build, and maintain inbound and outbound Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, and Core Connectors.
- Configure and support Workday Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, and HCM modules.
- Develop REST and SOAP APIs secured with OAuth 2.0 and test them using Postman, Bruno, or SoapUI.
- Perform data ingestion, transformation, and modeling with Workday Prism Analytics.
- Develop advanced Workday reports using XML, XSLT, Matrix, Composite, Trending, and complex calculated fields.
- Design BIRT layouts and support secure file transfers using SFTP and MoveIt.
- Manage Agile and Waterfall SDLC activities using Jira and ServiceNow.
- Provide production support and support Workday system upgrades and bi-annual releases.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Engineering and Operations Management or a closely related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, and Core Connectors.
- At least 2 years of experience configuring and supporting Workday Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, and HCM modules.
- Experience developing REST and SOAP APIs with OAuth 2.0 security and testing APIs using Postman, Bruno, or SoapUI.
- Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and modeling using Workday Prism Analytics.
- Experience using XML and XSLT to develop advanced Workday reports with complex calculated fields.
- Experience designing BIRT layouts and supporting secure file transfers using SFTP and MoveIt.
- Experience managing Agile and Waterfall SDLC activities with Jira and ServiceNow.
- Experience providing production support and supporting Workday system upgrades and bi-annual releases.
