Responsibilities
- Champion best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD and pair programming.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to production.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software early.
- Design solutions and choose technologies that solve client problems within constraints.
- Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices are followed.
- Utilize and champion DevSecOps tools and practices for software deployment.
- Encourage feedback and foster an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of stack development experience using Python and Javascript.
- Deep hands-on experience in building AI agentic solutions.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of technical practices such as TDD and continuous integration.
- Strong passion for continuous learning and improvement in AI frameworks.
- Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
