Responsibilities
- Develop and experiment with generative AI frameworks, tools, and APIs.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation prototypes using vector stores and knowledge graphs.
- Develop and test agentic architectures through the Genie Platform.
- Explore LLMOps, model evaluation, and model observability approaches.
- Work with clients and cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and deliver software solutions.
- Contribute to internal projects and share knowledge across the AI community.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience with a passion for AI, or data science experience combined with engineering skills.
- Strong foundation in a programming language suited to AI system development and data workflows.
- Experience integrating models with APIs, data sources, or production systems.
- Curiosity about LLMs, graph- and vector-based RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.
- Understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure and DevOps or DevSecOps practices.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, model evaluation, and LLMOps tools.
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Willingness to collaborate, learn, teach, prototype, and explore emerging AI tools.
- Applicants for applicable UK roles may need to meet security-clearance requirements, including five years of continuous UK residency.
