Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and deploy custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Apply AI to automate processes, integrate intelligent insights, and address complex business challenges.
- Develop and implement best practices for application support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Perform independently, become a subject matter expert, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Document technical processes and solutions clearly.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Strong grasp of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
